I love them, but they don't love me.I have a love/hate relationship with these shoes. I've wanted a pair for a long time, and was disappointed when I finally indulged. I have a problem with the straps tightening around my big toe as I walk. Chaco, however, is sending me a new pair in a different style for free to replace them. Apparently, this happens to some people because of the way they walk, so they are very accomodating in replacing the shoes with a style that doesn't wrap around the toe. Way to go, Chaco! That's customer service! I did wear them backpacking in Europe and they were great. The style is great because you wear them with pants, shorts, or skirts/dresses and they go with everything. I am looking forward to my new ones and am hoping to have a better relationship with them.....READ MORE REVIEW
