Pretty sandals, but run big and rub
It is surprisingly difficult to find all-white flip-flops that are comfortable, and so I jumped on these when I saw them. I wear an 8.5-9, always a 9 in flip-flops (since most manufacturers don't make half sizes). I am also rather picky about how the toe-piece feels and won't settle for something uncomfortable. The toe-piece in these, fortunately, is fine. However, I got immediate rubbing with the straps. This might go away as they break in, but I'm not going to stick around to find out because my usual size nine is very, very big. There is a solid inch or two of empty space at the back, and the fit is EXTREMELY sloppy in all. I'm not going to size down to an 8 because I fear it would be too short and tight (I have a high instep), not to mention, I have NEVER worn an 8 in flip-flops. Ever. Plus, the rubbing worries me... I have other flip-flops that were comfortable right out of the gate, and I fear being stuck with a pair of uncomfortable ones if the rubbing doesn't ease with.......READ MORE REVIEW
