I love the the soft comfortable insole, I LOVE the heel height, I love the look...nothing about this sandal leaves me wanting except that the straps are not adjustable. My foot is on the narrow side so the strap near the ankle is really loose on me. For the average person this shoe would be great. If this sandal came in a narrow it would be perfect for me.
